The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy, Not Time, Is the Key to High Performance and Personal Renewal

Jim Loehr

The idea behind this book is good, but it didn’t need to be a book. I will summarize it for you, “Manage your energy instead of your time.” Now you don’t need to read the book. This is a great insight but it doesn’t need 200 pages to be understood, maybe 5. The other 195 are just repetition, case studies and general time management tips to fill out the requisite number of pages.
